Castelfranco Em, Dicember 2002 – Borghi and Osmas, leaders in the production of machines for brushes and brooms, have been certified under the prestigious ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System Standard, known as VISION 2000.
Both companies are among those 10 percent of ISO 9001-certified companies that has successfully upgraded its certification to the new 2000 standard. Established in 1987 by the Internation Organization of Standards, ISO 9000 provides a globally adopted set of requirements for effectively managing an organization to achieve quality objectives. Recognized by more than 150 countries, the ISO 9001:2000 standard places more emphasis on customer satisfaction, management responsability, continual improvement, and organization performance measurement than the previous ISO 9001 standard.
